I don't think so. I'm pretty sure damage starts only once you break the last eye. I could be missing out on a second or two. I just take the time to reload and pop transcendence.
Nope it is not a bug. If you change things in the loadout, such as weapon mod or perk on the gun it resets. I’m not sure what else is in the criteria for it to reset the perk
@@NightlyD2 ??? Really, 'ENVIOUS ASSASSIN' resets when changed to loadout. Changing your loadout resets without changing mod or perk of the weapon. Even if I change mod in legs, it resets, but not in this video? Is it working now?
@@토아본히레 im not 100 sure what causes it to reset. i also killed some extra ads after i swapped loadouts so thats probably why i had envious stacks. I think it might reset if the boots you are changing to are not the EXACT same pair of boots or something like that?

I changed loadout and all ammo by ENVIOUS ASSARSIN was reset. Is it a bug?
