Hi, i have a mixed pomeranian, would this be perfect for him? Hes a little bigger than a pure breed Pomeranian but hes not all big probably almost reaching medium size. Also is this good for summer too?
I would think so! It fits our huskies comfortably. As for the summer, I let our dogs come in during the hot parts of the day, but it is nice for them in the mornings and evenings. But we also have snow dogs that don't like the heat lol.
I wouldn't get this for a Great Dane. It fits a husky comfortably, But although the video showcases our dogs, we really got it for our farm cats to use in the winter. They love it and still use it. If I had a Great Dane I'd think they'd need a bigger entrance and would probably build one to fit them.
It's definitely warmer than the outside! The floor is raised so it's off the ground and it's insulated. We added a heat pad to ours for our cats in the winter and they seem happy with it!
It'd be sturdier if you went with the half structure. The fact you have to mount the two halves together does make it less structurally sound. However if you don't have to move it it holds together well. We use this mainly for the farm cats now and they love it!

They've been using it too! Just saw the white kitty & refilled her bowl and she went running inside with the quickness! 😅

Unfortunately not with this design, there are predrilled holes on the sides with only one side that matches.

This fits our 50lb dogs comfortably. It may be a tight fit for your Great Pyr.

Can u not have to install the partition wall?
You could probably get away without the partition wall, but installing it will help hold in the heat & cut down on breeze.
If anything, the partition wall is way too small. Ideally, the doghouse should have a conch pattern.
What type of insulation.
It is wood sandwiched around Styrofoam.
