Empathy is understanding and entering into another's feelings and sympathy is sharing the feelings of others so empathy is the type of sympathy. Thank you guys
Im confused, i thought empathy was the ability to out yourself in others shoes and feel the emotions they feel in a personalised way. I googled it and i couldnt find it saying anything about actively trying to change anything like mentioned in the video. Please reply
Lol it couldn't have come out at a better time. I've spent all day researching about tips and interview questions😂 I can't seem to find any interview questions commonly asked at Plymouth though so if any Plymouth students/applicants know, please let me know
Guys, I am too nervous/anxious to even look at interview prep material. IDK if that makes sense? Last year I was invited to my interviews mid Feb. I may have a chance of being invited again and should do something about it. But I feel so overwhelmed.. Don't know where to start or what to do.
Better to start now then never, the longer you wait the worse your nerves will be as you know you have less time. Even if you just do a little bit per day and build it up as you go along, please at least get started and it’ll definitely get easier
@@donnemugabo6297 You're right, I did that today. I didn't do a lot but I am managed to overcome the dread and anxiety. I typed up a list of stuff of topics I may be asked and then practiced how to answer "what does confidentiality mean to you?" I was asked this last year. Thank you! I keep reading over your comment like a mantra, I'm not even joking you helped!Xx Thank you so much :)

It's a bit cringy but I wanted to ask advice on how to actually make notes for bio and chemistry do u write everything down? How do u know what to write down
Usama Ejaz Usama Ejaz I always based the structure of my notes on the specification online and included more detail for each point they mentioned. For bits that I couldn’t write down/missed in class, I used the textbook to fill in the gaps. Hope this helps :)
Hey ryhan I'm in year 10 at the moment and have no idea what to do I am particularly interested in medicine maybe dealing with young children or normal patients, dentistry? Do u have any idea on these and is medicine a job where u don't get holidays?. Thanks
You do get holidays, but a lot of medics choose to work overtime (including my brother) so they end up doing extra hours during their holidays...My brother is a GP and he has 1 month of holiday each year that he can take whenever he wants and he can decide the span for example he could decide to have 1 week on january then 2 weeks im summer and then 1 week in christmas etc.. Or even days
i personally really like biology because it gives insight into really complex reactions, these reactions such as protein synthesis, respiration and photosynthesis happens all the time and what really excites me is that theres still gaps in the understanding of the different processess, i can tell you like maths, and chemistry, i can really find why you enjoy them more, less book learning, mastering skills and not just structured exam answering, but i like biology because i took time to understand and learn off all of the course and if i dont get into medicine i will study biomedicine
This was great! I definitely feel more prepared for my interviews after watching!

Asclepium thanks
You should have mentioned your RUclips channel
Could we have a mock mmi video. By the way you misspelt “feedback”
is anyone able to explain nhs privatisation? (specifically in Scotland)
Read his book or watch his lectures. Youssef El Gingihy. He explains it NHS privatization clearly.

Wow
Great vid. I'm in y11. Should I look for work experience in more than one practise? Thanks
Since it's been 2 years 😂😂😂😂whatcwork experience did you do???
Its been 4 years- are you a medical student?

Sandy Carlie GP (General Practioners) would probably be a suitable medical speciality
bruce wayne but if I do become a doctor I want to work with children and in a hospital

Guys my interview notes are now available to buy online !! Go check them out and give me some feedback - www.ryhan.co.uk
Do they ever ask "why this uni?"
Kai Cheema nah
+Kai Cheema yeah I’ve been asked that
I think Sen Kath did a better simulation of a Medical School Interview
*Chemistry>Biology, I hate glycolysis, link reactions and all that nonsense*
+Hamzah Hussain 😂😂 nah biology is so much more interesting
Ryhan Hussain I find mathematics easier than fact learning

Yuriy Dovhan yeah true, I can’t stand learning all these reactions and stages of respiration and photosynthesis
Hamzah Hussain They both are great it's just the examiners have ruined it for us
Whats the black girls name? Shes cute
This was so helpful, thank you!
