I messed up a bit, d mix was indeed good. I preheated n put in the oven like you mentioned but in 20 mins itself it was done i guess. (My fault that I took my eyes off the oven). I had to take it out, top layer looks bit charred athondu but could savour the bottom layer 😅..thanks for the recipe though, will try again soon!
