Awww thank you so much for those kind words. I am glad that I gave you some ideas. I haven’t made the pen video yet, but will make it soon since many people have asked for it! 😃🌸
One more thing I would like to share with u ,as you said this is your first experience thats why i am telling this ,while nailing we should start from outers corner as we go inside squares we should slightly decrease the length of the nails in every square this will help in getting a proper 3D effect. Hope u dont mind 🙂
@@noshiamjad6451 That is a really good point of having nails at different height to create a 3D effect. I had thought about it, and the main reason I chose to keep the levels same was mainly to keep things as simple as I can, since it was my first time making it and nailing some 800+ nails was not easy for me. In addition, by starting from inside and moving out, the already nailed nails would not get in the way. Of course, in the future I want to try a thread art where the nails are at different levels.
Amazing. Did you make a tutorial about the pen you modified for the thread? This is beautiful. For me the most daunting aspect is the idea of hammering in 850+ nails 😅
Hi there! Thank you so much and so sorry that it took so long to reply! No, I haven’t made a video yet of the pen, I will surely make one since many people have asked for it! Yeah, hammering so many nails is challenging. So I took some time for doing it. There was no hurry, so took my own sweet time to finish it. But you can always cut down the size of your thread art and that way you do not have to use so many nails. 😀
Hi there! Thank you for the question. No I just painted it on the front side, since this was more for my personal use. You are free to paint the back side too if you want! 😀
Beautiful! I turn my board over once ive got the nails in so i can hammer the back which gets all the nails on the front to be the same length

@@noshiamjad6451 Sorry for the late reply. I bought it from the local art store, but you could also find it online at Amazon.

Glad that you found it helpful !
Hi love your work!!
Can I ask how you make the pen?
Blessing of peace and health!
Any suggestions on a back ground color other than black?
You basically want contrast. So if you are using darker color thread, then use a brighter background and vice versa. Hope this helps!
Wowww 👍👍❤️❤️❤️what too u r using to weave the thread? Love from India
hii! what’s the distance between the nails?
How do you make the thread pen?
May I know, which tool (pen looking) are you using to put thread?
It is actually just the outer shell of a regular pen. It helps with threading around the nail heads
what is the name of this pin to guide the yarn exactly?
How did you make the pen please?
how did u make the pen?
Are all nails hammered to the same depth?
Yes, they are.
can you please suggest the thread name?
Do you paint back side also?
Hi there! Thank you for the question. No I just painted it on the front side, since this was more for my personal use. You are free to paint the back side too if you want! 😀
How many pack of threads are used for this project ?
Hey I have used like one and half roll of thread for this, but the rolls that I used were really big. Hope this helps! 😀
Awesome
but 1300 dollars seems to be too expensive
