4 lbs Jalapeño peppers
2 Cups apple cider vinegar
4 cups sugar
6 cloves minced garlic (or 1tbsp garlic powder)
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp celery seed
Pinch of ground mustard
Pinch of ground ginger
