It’s complicated, some people go there to sell their phones which they bought from the shop, when they need money. And others people come to buy those phones. In a case like that that’s buying and selling. It’s a dicey situation

You’ve no idea how shameful it is when people report their phones snatched on streets in Accra. It just happened to an African American man who lives in Cape Coast and came to Accra to shop. His phone was snatched by two guys on motorbike.

The Ghana Police should go and arrest all these thieves for selling stolen phones without original receipts. It’s a big shame on Ghana.
