I started my Fiverr account the beginning of this month offering a video editing service and have been driving my own traffic for the sole purpose of getting to Level 1 and qualifying for promoted gigs. I currently am just 2 orders and 27 days away from qualifying for level 1 (all other stats are maxed out in addition to eight 5 star reviews). My thought process is to be able to push out this gig using the promoted gigs feature and see if I can boost some sales with it. Yes I understand that it is similar to RUclips where you need a very good thumbnail and title to get people to click and then good copy (I also have a gig video introduction with my face) to convert into buyers. Fingers crossed, I really hope it works as planned.
Ran into this video again and thought I'd give an update. I now have 2 separate gigs under "promoted gigs". The best part is one of these gigs is for a monthly recurring service where each client pays a few hundreds per month so it's pay once to get paid over and over again.
Two months ago my Promoted gigs stoped by showing a message ( my gig unqualified) and at the same time my all gigs wen last page and the gigs are still on the last page. I mean my full profile deRanked. But i have completed many orders with 5 stars Reviews and no order cancel issue in this two months. but my gig still showing unqialified and they are on the last page of search. What should i do now? Help me please
One question: If you have the feeling, a buyer will rate you with less than 3 stars and write a bad feedback, I have the option to dont write a feedback for him - so his feedback will never be visiblee. BUT does it effect my gig-rating anyway?

On the "info"-Button is written: "the gig will start promoting one its back to beeing promotable" - So I had this feature for 2 days. Result: 373 impressions, 16 clicks, 2 orders, Spend §11,66 and earned $60. I dont unterstand, whats the point, why it can stop beeing promotable? and for what reasons?

First step is actually on Fiverr, they select gigs that qualify to be promoted. Once you’re gigs are promotable there is a tab in Fiverr called promoted gigs that you can turn them on and off from

Promoted gigs puts your gigs at the promoted bar at the top of search results for buyers looking for that type of service. If your gig got "deranked" I'd spend some time reviewing your gig title/description to see if there's any room to optimize.

Well, I promoted my gig it was on page 3 or 2 usually i thought it'll shoot up to first spot and it got de ranked to page 8 and stuck there.I promoted my best seller gig. I am a level 2 seller. Fiverr search is algorithm based, so what you see might not necessarily be what buyer users see. Also, promoted gigs appear in their own section at the top of search results. When it comes to not getting clicks, I'd recommend making a better thumbnail to attract buyers that are getting served your gig as an impression to click through.
It really depends on the gig, and the cost per click for that particular category. Fiverr usually gives recommendations on the promoted gigs page, but ultimately it's up to you based on what makes sense for your budget.
Once your gigs are eligible for the fiverr promoted gigs option, you can set them up to be shown as promoted gigs by setting your CPC and daily spend limits within the promoted gigs section of your fiverr account
does that mean that my profile might be screwed???? i had 1 gig that was running well (no promotions) up to 23k impresions 151 clicks but i had like 3 clients in a row that just expected too much from a 5$ photo editing gig having one revision after another, one of them even got very ofended (because he was not seeing why i would not spend literaly days of my time on manually painting out some pink light the photographer sprayed all over him, wearing a pink jacked and having pink skin, which was also not in his inicial request) he already acepted the delivery if not i would gave him back his money ..but literaly i got from 23k to 0 in like 2 or 3 days it seems and got absolute silence since then for 45 days now.
I'm not sure if I'd say your profile is "screwed". But any time you have a negative client interaction there's a chance they leave a negative rating on a fiverr buyer satisfaction survey. A couple of those in a row and maybe fiverr's putting your gig on a bit of a time out.

Interesting, to my understanding Fiverr actually selects which gigs we can promote (that might imply that there is some form of internal review process they go through). It's possible that changing the image might have reset this review process (if there is one)? Personally, I'd give it a few days, and if it doesn't become promotable again I would submit a support ticket to fiverr.

Sounds not so hot for $10 and $15 gigs. I've been with fiverr since its start and this is just another "Works For fiverr" not the bulk of it's contributors evolution. The "contributors sweet spot" has passed.

Check Fiverr support, I believe that Fiverr enables the ability to promote on certain gigs that have a history of completed orders

I’m not sure what exactly is going on in your situation. You should contact Fiverr support to ask

Im Level 1 Seller and have over 20 orders on one Gig but I cant find where I can start promoting a Gig?
I believe promoted gigs are a feature that Fiverr activates for specific gigs, could be that they haven’t approved your gig to be promoted yet

It doesn’t always hit the daily spend (rarely does)
