At 12:00, I suspect you had not seen the 7,8 pair in Block 8 at R8C4 and R8C5. That gives you the 7,8 pair in Block 7 at R9C1 and R9C3. It was easy after that.
With the clear 12 pair on the right side of block 8, the 3 is confined to the NW corner,, and 45 in row 9 and 78 in the middle row, middle and left col. Not the easiest puzzle, but yet, no substantial difficulty to do notation free.
