I'm convinced Mort Sahl is a Mandela Effect. I'm 52 years old and very familiar with the standup comedy business' history in this country. While that can be dismissed as this particular man being dismissed by history because of the things he was saying...I believe that I, at the very least, would have heard of him at some point. I can think of no practical reason why I wouldn't have.

I was 15 in 1970 attending the type of boarding school that produces the gatekeepers of the establishment. Eventually I quit after three years because I knew what I was being prepped for. Since then I have life-long researched JFK, CIA and the right wing Christian Nationalists that support these things, recently the insurrection. I have had this Mort Sahl type of knowledge for decades but mostly kept it to myself but now am finally writing books about it. I regret not writing sooner. Amazing how ignorant people, even from the finest schools, are on this subject of America being Nazis. CIA dealing drugs you say? What kind of communist crap is that? It's crap for sure but true, very, very true crap. Such lives of lies we live by.
Mort was always cynical, alarmist, and acidic. He was not paranoid. He passed that line quite early and reached doomsday crying quickly. Bitterness into the crack pot area is a very sad state to fall into. A brilliant mind captured by conspiracies.
You are the one who is asleep...human beings are conspiratorial and there are dark powers who murdered JFK and who took over the government and there you sit, with your head in the sand calling it all peace. Mort Sahl is a patriot and one of the bravest Americans to ever breathe air.
Thankfully most Americans now believe the warren commission report was a pile of horseshit... that lone assassin fairytale is now minority thinking... and that makes me feel good... it's a small comfort but a comfort all the same 🙏
