46:00 A 2015 didn't find any relevance between order of birth and personality (including intelligence) variation. I don't know anything about science so maybe I'm wrong, but the original study is from 1973

Also: regarding the Flynn effect: starting in the 1990s this has reversed. Denmark measures the I.Q. of students every year. I.Q.s are going down but nobody wants to talk about this. It seems I.Q. levels have gone up from the 1900s-1990s mostly due to better nutrition and better medical care, along with more exposure to books (better education). I.Q. seems to be going down mostly due to genetics. Of course this is speculation, as he mentions we don't have proof of the exact causes. At any rate, intelligence is going down each generation currently. They actually modified the SAT in the 1990s to lessen the gap between high scores and low scores and in some ways made it slightly easier. Similarly top SAT scores have decreased over time, even though more people take the test. These facts tend to never be mentioned (it's politically incorrect because you get into racial differences in averages, dysgenics as a cause etc.).
Yes same grade level. Nobody can prove a cause for the Flynn effect but better overall health due to better nutrition and access to stimulation like books and education is the main theory. Isolated rural populations have a slightly lower iq when genetics are the same because of less intellectual stimulation for example. The difference is similar to the Flynn effect as are populations without adequate diet who will have a slightly lower iq on average all else being the same. The recent reversal of iq levels is often blamed on immigration which is a partial cause but most people ignore that iq is lowering within the white population most likely because lower iq individuals have more children than high iq. But could be other things like toxins. The use of leaded gasoline lowered iq levels a few points between the 1950s-1970s. Children who grew up after the switch to unleaded gas had a slight increase.
I tested at an I.Q. of 128. I was not able to complete college, one due to cost, two I am discriminated against in financial aid and admissions due to being a white male (this includes state colleges- not just getting admitted into a good school). Then when I went I passed all my tests and classes and one class away from graduating and the program head blocked me from signing up for the class. When I press her about she says she hates white males and men are not suited for medical work. This was for a two year sonography degree. This same person actually encouraged me to take this major a year prior. They just milk student's financial aid at these community colleges then have 80% drop out rates and blame it on the students. I complain to everyone in the school, report it to the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (which at the time had on its website "fighting racial and gender discrimination in higher education is our number one priority)- they all ignore it and some of them laugh at me and make jokes about white males being discriminated against. I can't continue my education because my financial aid is maxed out. Nearly every job I work at I'm the best. I stock shelves and I'm the best shelf stocker they have had in 20 years. I ask to be trained on management or put in a more challenging position. They laugh at me and say "You must be a loser because you work here. If you were so smart you would have graduated college and wouldn't be here" I am constantly robbed or deal with other crime. When I report crimes to the police they refuse to take a report or help in any way. They say that I must be scum because I'm poor. The only reason I'm poor is because the police won't do their job- for instance with the crimes committed against me in college, but also elsewhere. In light of all this I think individual I.Q. and ability is over emphasized. You can be the most honest decent person in the world but if you live around thieves you will be robbed. You can have a genius I.Q. but if everyone in your community are morons- you're going to live in poverty. This is where issues of merit based immigration and higher standards in our government come into play. If we import huge amounts of uneducated immigrants this does lower the expectations and normal behaviors of a community- and thus will lower your opportunity if you live in these communities even if you are really smart. Similarly living in a nation with a corrupt and ineffective government really does have a negative impact on you. I would rather have average intelligence and live in a civilized country than score a gifted I.Q. and live in the United States where you can't find a law enforcement officer that will do his or her job correctly (both on the federal and local level). I see cops selling drugs, cops shooting and killing unarmed people, cops picking up under age girls. What I never see are cops actually doing their job (other than writing traffic tickets). I deal with similar issues with banking where I have banks commit fraud and violate all sorts of rules and laws. I report it to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. They won't even file the report and do nothing about the issue. I find 10,000 other complaints against the same bank for the same behavior online- never once are the banks penalized. We have virtually no regulation of banks. If you aren't a lawyer, rich or well connected, apparently they can commit any kind of crime against you. So the two take aways from this: 1. If high I.Q. people do exist in our nation they certainly aren't working in government. It would be nice if some of them did. 2. Your individual abilities and intelligence are severely limited by your environment and the people around you. You are better off being a relatively dull people living in a wealthy community surrounded by smart people, with smart relatives, than you are being really smart living in the ghetto surrounded by dumb people and dumb relatives.

The ethical argument at the end is ridiculous. There is a limited amount of resources we have, and while we would be obviously helping everyone if we can, there needs to be resources dedicated towards such research. Unfortunately, that means we may not be able to help everyone. Doing the research isn't in any way robbing a child of support, but the reality of having finite resources.
I think. IQ tests does not tell anything about the soul neither the genious of people. Some famous smart scientists or writers could have high IQ but I don't think it made them genious...

Alfred Adler originally proposed birth order theory in the 1920’s.
he also said that intelligence stabilizes around 9-10, which isn't true (Wilson Effect)
