I appreciate this video more than others because, while Amaury is an incredibly skilled rider, the attraction of the video is the raw finesse, speed and general riding, as opposed to other similar videos where the attraction is the tricks, jumps and seemingly ‘unattainable’ attributes of freeriders. (Or the insanity of Jordie Lunn)

reunion is a crazy surreal island, raw and not corrupted by the modern world I even would love to live there permanently as EU citizien, but life is hard there. Hard and wonderful. Electricity is not a given thing there if you dont live in the big cities. GREAT island for MTB, too bad the video is so short.

As much as I appreciate his riding and his flow, do we really need to travel to more and more remote islands to shred? Can't we leave those beautiful tropical islands as natural as possible and record a fantastic video in place where biking already has been for a while?
