Regarding your previous video where Cinebench R23 is tested, it seems that comments are disabled in that video. The score is amazing at just 5.7 GHz. Yesterday I set my bios on the intel default profile using my 14900ks and it has the same score at 5.9 GHz on all pcores and 4.5 on ecores around 43 318. As for the temperature, my Mo-Ra 420 pro is not even sweating at 300w with a maximum of 50 degrees at 1.3v. What was your power consumption and voltage? It would be best if you said that you have tuned your bios, windows, also disabled processes, and maybe without antivirus or other tweaks to achieve that.. I did not do any of this. For me as a normal user, I am pretty happy with my CPU.

The screen looks so weird because it is HDR, makes RUclips behave weirdly.
You can set tWR lower by adjusting tWRPRE & tWRPDEN (Pden is optional if PDD = 0)
I personally am scared to try changing voltages, but I see a reason to try to get the performance better and temps down, 90c is absolutely mad.
You can tune your pc to reach under 90° if you want to.
