from what i can see (i'm not a makeup expert lmao), it looks like just eyeliner and black eyeshadow. heavy eyeshadow on the bottom (sometimes on the top a little bit) and a small amount of blending. i'd suggest a chisel brush if you'd want to recreate any of his looks
