Dear Maestro Fisk and Mrs. Meneses, I saw for the first time this video of yours. The first song “if I were a fish” you played together, I saw it so many times, one after another, moved to tears, for it is so beautifully played by you. Thank you very much.
BRAVO!! Eliot y Zaida, hermoso duo y hermosa musica, me gustaria enviarles algunas transcripciones a duo mias de Grieg, Bach etc si a ustedes les gustaria recibirlas . Cordial saludo. Leonardo Palacios
As in his many previous concerts, in this concert Eliot Fisk often rushes too fast unnecessarily and makes so many deaf and broken notes. His way of playing guitar always makes the audience feel nervous and frustrated because the beauty of music is lost underneath a plethora of distorted and ugly sounds. Barrios' "Una Limosna Por el Amor de Dios" is torn apart by such a pitiful tremolo...

Give your head a shake man, He plays with heart and emotion and takes risks! Music is SO boring when it's perfect and everyone sounds exactly the same. If you can't handle the odd missed note, you are playing or listening for the wrong reasons. I haven't been a huge fan of Fisk, but the more I really just listen instead of critiquing and comparing, the more I appreciate what he does and see/hear the beauty in his playing.

Says some Delcamp guitard. What is more pitiful, a musician not playing the way *you* expect? Or crying about it?
I don't understand what you mean to say.
