DEI destroyed my police unit. The standards were heavily dropped, and the result was that everyone was demoralised. Women lost all credibility as a result. I resigned last month because I was so disgusted and bitter about this.
I had a similar situation in my carpentry job but it was the DEI hires that left due to stress and lack of knowledge. Not a single one of them have ever touched a tool and it showed. Some attempted to sue for discriminatory reason when there were none but lost. They left but destroyed our tools and machinery on their way out. There were 12 of us, now only 5, and we have never been more efficient. It’s just a shame that since Labour got in, sales have plummeted and the company is losing a LOT of money and could go through if nothing changes in the next 2 years…

The Trump people knew they would do that and placed every single one of them on leave anyway.The Trump Administration said they would rather pay them to stay home instead of poisoning their work colleagues with DEI nonsense.They are working on their plan to legally fire them because the civil service unions are not happy about losing members.Just about every big corporation and most universities dropped their DEI nonsense shortly after Trump won the election.DEI is totally finished in America with 70% of the country in approval.We cannot ever forget or forgive the leftist weasels for all the lives they destroyed.
