The wiring part was clear as mud that’s not uncommon with a DeLorean. Trust me! :)

Someone needs to get in the time machine, go back to when you did this and fully pull back their arm, extending it and with all their force make their palm of their hand "caress" your face. Then come back with the back of hand and "caress" the other side of your face.
First you cut the wires to the original so short, for NO reason, since you ran the ran the universal antenna wires to the relay.
That brings it to the second. instead of just removing the wires from the old and plugging in the new, you did a bunch of nonsense tapping things.
Third you should have just fixed the old antenna.
This is seriously painful to watch. SMH FP
