So depending on trader and quest requirement, what is the first thing you can get as you level through the game. And maybe get this in an excel sheet with the requirements next to it. Thats the only spot according to wiki, you can obviously find it in jackets and drawers as well, but if you want it for trust regain then you can buy it from flea market, they keys for that quest dont have to be found in raid!
You were able to find quite a few containers in marked rooms before, weapon cases, money cases etc, but they removed it and I doubt they are coming back.

No, i dont need it. Level 1 stash with alpha container and through half the quests and honestly cases are overrated. All you need is a medcase, junkbox, weaponcase, 2 ammocases, a fridge and a magcase. Gear is to be instantly used rather than hoarded leading to a nice relatively empty stash. If gear starts to pile up, its factory time. Just play the game and dont hoard stuff, it will be deleted anyway

You would have to be more specific, but marked room like "314" room in dorms can drop containers indeed!
