We don't appreciate it enough because it was reused in Generations and Forces, but man the original Egg Dragoon is so peak. Falling seamlessly from Eggmanland into the center of the Earth while fighting Eggman is such an incredible setting

One day, Eggman will realize that his basic Egg Pod is seemingly completely indestructible and just fight Sonic in that without anything else. Probably the same day Bowser stops installing axes to sever bridges over lava in all his personal lairs, dungeon bosses stop keeping the lone items that can kill them in their dungeons, and bosses from all over video games stop randomly exposing their weak point which is glowing so that it's nice and obvious.

I keep watching all the fights and I keep wondering man when is he going to take damage only to realize not only is this ALL bosses this is damage less. That’s absolutely insane. And not only did you do small games like the mobile, ds, and riders games you EVEN used the Japanese music for Sonic CD. Not all heroes wear capes. Mad respect bro. I’m going to take my time watching this and this is going to be my fall asleep relaxation video when I need it
The hardest one to do without damage was probably Metal Sonic from Sonic the Fighters. He likes to use an unavoidable grab attack, and even if you're in the middle of an attack he'll just interrupt it without taking damage and there's nothing you can do to stop it Beating him was pretty much just luck, he literally cheats I don't remember how long it was exactly, but it took multiple sessions of several hours each Another one was the unused gold ninja from Sonic Frontiers, but that was because I was level 1 and wanted to actually dodge its attacks without relying too much on parry. That was probably the boss I enjoyed the most too, it almost felt like a Dark Souls boss and it was so satisfying when I finally won

What I got: Seeing how bad most of the Sonic games are.
I keep watching all the fights and I keep wondering man when is he going to take damage only to realize not only is this ALL bosses this is damage less. That’s absolutely insane. And not only did you do small games like the mobile, ds, and riders games you EVEN used the Japanese music for Sonic CD. Not all heroes wear capes. Mad respect bro. I’m going to take my time watching this and this is going to be my fall asleep relaxation video when I need it

Which boss took you the longest to beat without taking damage?
The hardest one to do without damage was probably Metal Sonic from Sonic the Fighters. He likes to use an unavoidable grab attack, and even if you're in the middle of an attack he'll just interrupt it without taking damage and there's nothing you can do to stop it
Beating him was pretty much just luck, he literally cheats
I don't remember how long it was exactly, but it took multiple sessions of several hours each
Another one was the unused gold ninja from Sonic Frontiers, but that was because I was level 1 and wanted to actually dodge its attacks without relying too much on parry. That was probably the boss I enjoyed the most too, it almost felt like a Dark Souls boss and it was so satisfying when I finally won
