Which boss took you the longest to beat without taking damage?

The hardest one to do without damage was probably Metal Sonic from Sonic the Fighters. He likes to use an unavoidable grab attack, and even if you're in the middle of an attack he'll just interrupt it without taking damage and there's nothing you can do to stop it
Beating him was pretty much just luck, he literally cheats
I don't remember how long it was exactly, but it took multiple sessions of several hours each
Another one was the unused gold ninja from Sonic Frontiers, but that was because I was level 1 and wanted to actually dodge its attacks without relying too much on parry. That was probably the boss I enjoyed the most too, it almost felt like a Dark Souls boss and it was so satisfying when I finally won

How did you get the song lyrics in game while fighting the teams in Sonic Heroes? As well as there entry dialogue? In fact why are ALL the subtitles better looking?

I added them in editing. I tried to make each character's subtitles in Heroes distinct, but it gets a bit messy when so many characters talk over each other
In other games I just played without subtitles and then edited them in afterwards. I tried to match each game's original subtitles, but I think the only game I couldn't do it for was Shadow the Hedgehog, that uses a custom font. So those are just the game's actual subtitles

Dang. How much days did it take you to render all of this and upload?

It didn't actually take that long to render and upload, less than a day with hardware encoding. But I had to attempt it several times to get it under RUclips 256gb upload limit. In the end I rendered the video in about 15 separate parts and stitched them together in another program, so I could have better control over the bitrate. The final video size was about 255.4gb
But it took a reeeeally long time for RUclips to process the video. Standard detail took about a week
For a while I thought it was broken because I couldn't see any progress happening

When I was a kid I struggled with the motion controls and never managed to get far into the game. Same with sonic and the black knight
But now there are mods that let you play with a normal controller, I enjoyed it a lot more. Although it made it quite a bit easier
I didn't realise both games had such good music, it's a shame they've never been rereleased, and probably never will because of the motion thing

I think there are multiple ways of doing it, but I used an old version of the game that had been modded so the events are active and never expire. It was version 1.2.11, I think I got it from the Angry Birds modding discord
