This dance was one of the reasons it got worse. Like all Similar injuries, it starts off as occasional ache, progresses to most days, and the with repetitive motion like this, it starts to interfere with life. He'd been getting cortisone shots, but people build up a tolerance to cortisone and eventually it stops working and surgery becomes necessary. Go to any subacute unit at any nursing and rehabilitation facility, patient after patient, that will be the story they tell.

This BTS' choreography is by far the hardest, in my opinion. Mad respect for these boys. There are not as many moves as in Fire or Not Today but it is more complex. The moves are less, but much more wider and require more strength. As a whole, you know what dance moves you have to make, but it's hard to do it the right way. The most complex thing in this is the structure and the place of every member. There is so much moving around the stage and more structures. While someone is singing, almost every time someone else is moving in the background. And it's fascinating how BTS are so in sync - they move as one whole organism. That's the result from many, many practices - it's so much work. BTS get yo' ish!

this cheoreography dumfounds me.. people say it isn’t the hardest because of certain songs that have more flips, footwork etc but its not down to that. In this choreo they switch places countless times which takes trust and such accuracy in movements, they jump every time it kicks in (the flip thing?), they have NO breaks whatsoever and the pops and time management is out of this world
Ok Can we just talk about how Jin was near the front throughout most of that and I couldn’t be happier , Namjoon this is his bloody era, Yoongi looks adorable and his rap was amazing, Hobi was looking like a 5 course meal throughout the whole thing and damn that boy is easily the best dancer in the Kpop industry, Jimin I applaud you for being able to dance in skinny jeans, Tae is officially part of dance line now and you can tell he was amazing and kookie was perfect as always and how the hell did he see anything in that hat? No one mentioned the difficulty of choreography. I remember Jimin crying at the end of the dance at an awards ceremony performance. At another award ceremony, Bts was very tired and they lay down after the performance. Jungkook was walking hard. They deserve more. They worked hard and got this far.

Hi! Everyone who's new to BTS, you may have a hard time trying to figure out which member is which and when someone says for eg: "OMG SEOKJIN did so well!" Understandably you'd be confused who that is! And because when I first entered BTS, I also had a hard time trying to figure out which member was who, it was difficult to find guides like these. Because literally no one I knew personally was into BTS, I had to figure it all out by myself. So I have kindly made this guide for you so you know who the members are (in this video)! RM (Kim *Namjoon*) (centre of the dance in 0:19 , 1:08 , 0:52 ) He's the main rapper and leader in the group. He is usually towards the sides or back of choreography but in this video you may notice him in the centre a few times. *In this video he is wearing a completel black tracksuit and a grayish patterned jacket with a white tank top underneath. He also has a black cap on with a white pattern in the centre.* Jin (Kim *Seokjin*) (centre of the dance in 1:24 , 2:40 , 2:55 , ) He is a vocalist and visual for the group. Likewise with RM, Jin is generally found in the back or sides of a choreography, but in a few dances he appears at the centre/front including IDOL so you may notice him come to the centre a few times throughout the song. *In this video he is wearing a full white sweatshirt and black trackpants with a white stripe down the sides. He is also wearing a full black cap.* Suga (Min *Yoongi*) (centre of the dance: 0:35 , 1:43 , 2:07 , 3:10 , ) He is a lead rapper in the group. Suga is like a versatile dancer, so he can be at the sides or back of a choreography but he can also be found in the centre sometimes too. Not as much but a few times you'll spot him in the middle/front. In this video he is shown in the centre a few times! *In this video he is wearing a full black bucket hat, and the only member wearing (black) shorts! So you can see his exposed legs. He is also wearing a black sweater* J-Hope (Jung *Hoseok*) (centre of the dance in 1:33 , 2:25 , ) He is a main dancer, a rapper and (golden) Hyung in the group. As he is a main dancer in the group and is normally identified for his passion for dancing, he obviously appears in front and centre a lot. But because he's a rapper it almost limits him to be in the centre more as vocalists tend to have more singing time. But he is most definelty in the lead whenever possible. *In this video he is wearing full white drop crotch pants and complete white shoes. He is also wearing a loose brown shirt so you may notice his stomach flashing a lot throughout the dance* Jimin (Park *Jimin*) (centre of the dance in 0:53 , 3:01 , ) He is a main dancer and lead vocalist in the group. He is a main dancer with Hoseok in the group. Jimin is found in the centre and front very often and frequently as he is a lead vocalist along with a main dancer. You will notice him being in the lead many times throughout the video. *In this video he is wearing a gray with almost blue undertones sweater and ripped skinny jeans and complete black shoes* V (Kim *Taehyung*) (centre of the dance in 1:18 , 2:00 , 2:17 , ) He is a vocalist, lead dancer (and though Seokjin is the official visual of BTS, Taehyung is also considered a visual as well.) He is found and the centre and front more often now than the older days because he was officially recognised as another member of the dance line (previosuly only J-Hope, Jimin and Jungkook) recently. So In brief Taehyung gets quite a lot of lead and centre time in their choreography! *In this video he is wearing red pants, a light gray jacket with a white tank top underneath along with a full white cap* Jungkook (Jeon *Jungkook*) (centre of the dance in 0:00 , 1:02 , 1:47 , 2:10 , 2:32 , 3:18 , ) He is a main vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper, centre and (golden) Maknae in the group. He is vastl in the centre and front of pretty much every BTS choreography because he is the centre, main vocalist in the group and also a lead dancer and part of the dance line in BTS (J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook and V). You will certainly find him in the middle for a lot of songs, but I would say for IDOL the centre dance time was pretty evenly shared so Jungkook appears centre and lead quite a lot of course but not AS much in IDOL than for example DNA. *In this video he is wearing a large black shirt with white patterns in the back and tannish brown pants along with a bucket hat* So that was it! I hope this helped anybody who read this as I spent some time on it and now my keyboard is laggy lol. this cheoreography dumfounds me.. people say it isn’t the hardest because of certain songs that have more flips, footwork etc but its not down to that. In this choreo they switch places countless times which takes trust and such accuracy in movements, they jump every time it kicks in (the flip thing?), they have NO breaks whatsoever and the pops and time management is out of this world

Ok Can we just talk about how Jin was near the front throughout most of that and I couldn’t be happier , Namjoon this is his bloody era, Yoongi looks adorable and his rap was amazing, Hobi was looking like a 5 course meal throughout the whole thing and damn that boy is easily the best dancer in the Kpop industry, Jimin I applaud you for being able to dance in skinny jeans, Tae is officially part of dance line now and you can tell he was amazing and kookie was perfect as always and how the hell did he see anything in that hat? No one mentioned the difficulty of choreography. I remember Jimin crying at the end of the dance at an awards ceremony performance. At another award ceremony, Bts was very tired and they lay down after the performance. Jungkook was walking hard. They deserve more. They worked hard and got this far.

Hi! Everyone who's new to BTS, you may have a hard time trying to figure out which member is which and when someone says for eg: "OMG SEOKJIN did so well!" Understandably you'd be confused who that is! And because when I first entered BTS, I also had a hard time trying to figure out which member was who, it was difficult to find guides like these. Because literally no one I knew personally was into BTS, I had to figure it all out by myself. So I have kindly made this guide for you so you know who the members are (in this video)!
RM (Kim *Namjoon*) (centre of the dance in 0:19 , 1:08 , 0:52 )
He's the main rapper and leader in the group. He is usually towards the sides or back of choreography but in this video you may notice him in the centre a few times. *In this video he is wearing a completel black tracksuit and a grayish patterned jacket with a white tank top underneath. He also has a black cap on with a white pattern in the centre.*
Jin (Kim *Seokjin*) (centre of the dance in 1:24 , 2:40 , 2:55 , )
He is a vocalist and visual for the group. Likewise with RM, Jin is generally found in the back or sides of a choreography, but in a few dances he appears at the centre/front including IDOL so you may notice him come to the centre a few times throughout the song. *In this video he is wearing a full white sweatshirt and black trackpants with a white stripe down the sides. He is also wearing a full black cap.*
Suga (Min *Yoongi*) (centre of the dance: 0:35 , 1:43 , 2:07 , 3:10 , )
He is a lead rapper in the group. Suga is like a versatile dancer, so he can be at the sides or back of a choreography but he can also be found in the centre sometimes too. Not as much but a few times you'll spot him in the middle/front. In this video he is shown in the centre a few times! *In this video he is wearing a full black bucket hat, and the only member wearing (black) shorts! So you can see his exposed legs. He is also wearing a black sweater*
J-Hope (Jung *Hoseok*) (centre of the dance in 1:33 , 2:25 , )
He is a main dancer, a rapper and (golden) Hyung in the group. As he is a main dancer in the group and is normally identified for his passion for dancing, he obviously appears in front and centre a lot. But because he's a rapper it almost limits him to be in the centre more as vocalists tend to have more singing time. But he is most definelty in the lead whenever possible. *In this video he is wearing full white drop crotch pants and complete white shoes. He is also wearing a loose brown shirt so you may notice his stomach flashing a lot throughout the dance*
Jimin (Park *Jimin*) (centre of the dance in 0:53 , 3:01 , )
He is a main dancer and lead vocalist in the group. He is a main dancer with Hoseok in the group. Jimin is found in the centre and front very often and frequently as he is a lead vocalist along with a main dancer. You will notice him being in the lead many times throughout the video. *In this video he is wearing a gray with almost blue undertones sweater and ripped skinny jeans and complete black shoes*
V (Kim *Taehyung*) (centre of the dance in 1:18 , 2:00 , 2:17 , )
He is a vocalist, lead dancer (and though Seokjin is the official visual of BTS, Taehyung is also considered a visual as well.) He is found and the centre and front more often now than the older days because he was officially recognised as another member of the dance line (previosuly only J-Hope, Jimin and Jungkook) recently. So In brief Taehyung gets quite a lot of lead and centre time in their choreography! *In this video he is wearing red pants, a light gray jacket with a white tank top underneath along with a full white cap*
Jungkook (Jeon *Jungkook*) (centre of the dance in 0:00 , 1:02 , 1:47 , 2:10 , 2:32 , 3:18 , )
He is a main vocalist, lead dancer, sub rapper, centre and (golden) Maknae in the group. He is vastl in the centre and front of pretty much every BTS choreography because he is the centre, main vocalist in the group and also a lead dancer and part of the dance line in BTS (J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook and V). You will certainly find him in the middle for a lot of songs, but I would say for IDOL the centre dance time was pretty evenly shared so Jungkook appears centre and lead quite a lot of course but not AS much in IDOL than for example DNA. *In this video he is wearing a large black shirt with white patterns in the back and tannish brown pants along with a bucket hat*

Salute to Jin, the one with no background in dancing and singing yet he made it all especially the choreography of every songs he suffered a lot because too difficult to learn every steps Imagine the efforts he puts into it and the hardworks... amd thanks to his brothers(bts) for helping jin in every choreo that they practicing it's not to easy to learn a difficult choreography when you are not a dancer. Bts choreography is insane to learn yet jin performed it well with the members on stage even in MV.
