You made me reminisce the day, it was from Yama Buddha where i came to know you...im a big fan of his songs and i remember him sharing your video in his facebook with caption "I want to meet this guy" or something similar and it was from then i've been a fan of yours too..didnt know u guys eventually met eachother...
I know what it is like to get depressed. People who never experienced depression will surely struggle to experience or empathise with what we go through. Yamabuddha's song inspired me to live again but unfortunately; he is no more. At some point in 2015, I took a whole box of tablets thinking to end my life here @UK but ended up knocking myself out just for 3 days. I've been sober ever since . I figured my way out from the depression by letting go of my ego, bias & unrealistic expectation. Deep meditation of self conciousness helps. It helped me to be healed from within. Focus on what we have rather than complaining what we don't have. Sorry to bore you with my lecture L😂L but there might be someone who might be suffering quitely and might find this comment helpful. a small advice to people- please don't put oil in ur ears. it's not that beneficial.. it makes ur ear moist Ani jhan can cause fungal infections.. peace!!
