- The first Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions has hit, and it brings a lot of changes that may improve the game. Tachibana Twins bug is gone, aerial shots got nerfed, everyone gets a new story route for New Hero and there are also new DLC characters

Regarding your goal with Schneider. It's a somewhat recurring thing if you shoot super close to the GK specially with shots that the character moves forward in the animation, like Schneider does and mainly how Pierre does on his special shots
This game needs more content and probably events. I thought this was my getaway game from Captain Tsubasa Dream Team but I got bored after a month.
Harder to make goals, a lot of 0-0 matches, sounds like normal futbol to me. No complaints

Happy that my favourite player got released first as dlc (Bunaak). And when it comes to the online, i’ve kinda stopped playing online, sadly can’t get any decent matches
I think that it is not fixed at all but over time it can improve and I hope that the next DLC will be better because I am disappointed with the current ones
It is not fixed. I got last version, its bugged like fuck. Especialy on 3x STAR national teams... FFS Japan is inpenetrable. U barely can pass behind defenders. WAkabayasi who SUCK dick in STORY mode blocks everything

My favorite charter was the goal keeper who covers one of his eyes with his hat. I don’t know how Japanese name but in the Arabic it was Waleed which is also my dads name.

The supershot levin has is OP in my opinion, because you can learn it without doing a special mission for your customized character and if you have the right stats you can just use it in no time and score and instant goal without even having to drain the goalkeeper's stamina. I used it with a midfielder in an entire new hero run and all games ended with 5-0 at least just because every time I got into the penalty area I charged the supershot in no time at all and that animation when the goalkeeper doesn't react comes up. Also Levin's technique stat is also a bit too much, it just gets out of the pentagon where you can see all the stats.
Many character’s stats do so, specially after you dribble, try pausing after doing a few dribbles with Tsubasa, Hyuga or some other character, you’ll see.
@@foxthor0528 but I don't know actually which stat makes this happen. I know that power affects the amount of "damage" you do to goalkeepers and technique makes the shot bar fill faster, but that animation though is not clear if it shows when the goalkeeper's health is too low or if it depends only on stats
@@didacbarneo6489 i heard the goalkeeper stunned animation depends on how much technique you have, not on his actual hp because once i did get the miracle shot animation with analyze shot (not using the bug) and i got it while the goalkeeper was full hp (i built my custom char completely around technique stat)
@@hm9934 in 2 years of playing I noticed that technique, the trajectory and the speed of the shot are the main factors that let you score like this. With Senghor supershot and a build based completely in technique, you can score every single shot from anywhere even in the final match of the career mode. They won’t make a CR7, but you can make your own, and also you *can* have 2 special shots on a new hero, but just not equipped both at the same time.
ok, gonna give you a few pointers of what they actually did in the patch, the nerf all the offense and meta skills, the goalkeapers remain as good as ever, the nerfed the tachibanas and arial combo shots in general cause they cheap away to much health for no real cost whatsoever, but here's the thing, the tachibanas got the most nerfs, cause most of the skills they have increase the air shots by quite a lot, so they where weak, because of the nerf, the super shot became basically worthless, they nerf 2 specific air shots, crystal overhead and rolling overhead, because they where actually more powerful than what the devs intented to be, that in combination with jumping skills and offense skill meant that you can one shot every goalie in the game, which was far more stronger than the tachibanas and the toho twin shot.
Offense nerf in general, power shooter, striker duty, longshooter, cross machine, absolute dominance, young ace, one shot certain victory, some of those skills enable extremely degenerate strategies to be used, striker duty, power shooter, in combination with dribble crazy, artist of the field with the captain skill one shot certain victory, means you can score from anywhere on the field with a super shot, young ace got a bit nerf but is arguably still meta since you can still one shot goalies with the skill alone, longshooter was probably in my opinion the strongest skill in the game, it basically makes long shots count as if you where in the penalty area, matsuyama is a shit character, but the skill was super strong, because of that, people actually started to use pass strategies to buff a single character then go for a normal shot from your side of the midfield, but with stats of 180 in power and offense, add the longshooter and power shooter, that means you get the equivalent of a point black high fire shot inside the penalty area combined with one shot certain victory, which meant that normal shot was stronger than anything in the game, that you couldnt use any character to trigger a block since its a normal shot, and you couldnt do a super save either cause its a normal shot, so it will always go in, but it got nerf pretty badly, so now that strategy is death, but you can still do that from up close, so you can still one shot goalies with a single shot in certain scenarios.
Shot that got nerf, analyze shot, arc bridge shot, miracle drive shot, 2 of them got nerf on the miracle shot, which is the probability of becoming an unstoppable shot, arc bridge shot was the best tec base shot in the game, follow by miracle drive shot, then normal analyze shot if im not mistaken, but analyze shot got nerf in the sense that it could be unstopable if you angle your shot in certain spots, those spot got removed, for the most part, you can still do analyze shot things, but so as much, the double razor sharp shot got nerf too, but it was just a poors man analyze shot, it wasnt really gonna make much either way.
Online an bugs, most of the bugs are still there, but many bugs where the result of the tachibanas block desynching the game of the players since the game uses rollback netcode, sadly is a bad rollback netcode, cause you get a tons of desynch, but now the tachibanas are likely to get used way less, so the bugs will decrease as well, unless you're playing extremely laggy people, in which case good luck.
About the dlc characters, bunak actually sucks as a defender, but he is basically the best non custom blocker in the game, he is nowhere close to being as good as jean or alberto though, hell, he isnt even as good as matsuyama or soda as a general defender, mostly cause his poor speed is just a big disadvantage, levin sucks too, but the skills he has in general are extremely powerful, like, if you play online with custom characters, then levin is a most when it comes for getting his skills, some of them are actually quite broken in my opinion, and im sure his skills are going to be meta, espadas sucks, but he is better than hernandez, who also sucks.
How is Hernandez sucks? He can stop TEC shots better than Genzo and Muller
@@Bazerald777 that is not true, muller has a bit over a 100 tech with technician, and genzo has better chances of stoping those shot outside of the penalty area due to his passive skill, hernandez used to get shit on with tec shots with arc bridge, rabonna illusion, and miracle drive shot, still, lets say just for the sake of argument, that hernandez is better at stopping tec shots, what's the point then? he has worse stats, and easily gets one shot most of the time with unoptimized builds, or even with regular characters from outside of the penalty area, and due to the nerfs in various shots, again for the sake of argument, he just got worse, cause now arc bridge shot, and miracle shot builds are no longer viable, it's just better to have power builds and aim for analyze shot unblockables (which are a bit more difficult to get, but still viable) or just go for a powerful super shot and shit on hernandez, to be fair, his only saving grace is his captain skill, which repleanish spirit for the goalkeeper, which sadly is also useless the higher you are in ranked, cause everybody goes for one shot builds, so genzo, muller, azwan and the brazilian goalkeeper and way better than hernandez, by a huge mile, hell, even espadas may be better than hernandez since he gets stats buff with lower spirit, but I don't know that'll need further testing, I can even say that morisaki is a better keeper, not because he has a crazy skill or anything, but rather, because morisaki sucks so much that he is so cheap to put in the team, giving you space to put more custom characters, and since you really dont need a keeper at the highest rank, because you get one shot with any keeper anyway, then sometimes is just better to have morisaki and use the meter for super saves, and then just build it back.
I really want to lay this hope it goes on sale
If the Tachibana Twins getting on top of the goal is legal, I don't see why Azevedo wearing shades to the match wouldn't be.

If they don't fix the lag online game issue,nobody will take this game seriously again.I really enjoy it offline,but ranked matches are unplayable and it's a shame,since this game has so much potential and fun to offer :(
The lag is the reason why i cant get that last trophy to get the platinum (to max out a player card)

No Tsubasa game can ever match Captain Tsubasa IV - Pro no Rival Tachi on the Super Famicom. I spent an ungodly amount of hours on that game in the 90s trying to get all the endings and special skills. Too bad there never was a translation since still today I have no idea what the story was ^_^.

My biggest issue with the game is the stupid Ai plus the janky movement of the players specially when the ball get close to the corner and how you could abuse the guessing mechanics of dribbles they still have a lot to fix imo

What i definitely don't like is how the story difficulty adjusts by itself and doesn't give the option to adjust it yourself. On top of that, the AI in the first match of Episode Tsubasa was super aggressive for the difficulty being on 1 star. I want to love the game and I love challenging games, but this was damn frustrating instead of challenging. Thank God Amazon allows me to return opened games

Wow 1:54 shot drained like 40% of Müller stamina, and that was nerfed? (Have in mind that Müller is pretty strong the higher the stamina, wich translates in less stamina drain)
He is extremely close to the goal so the power is extremely high

@@Sesmacegard It depend on the type of supershot. Not all super shot is best use in close range. I am sure that a close tiger shot would deal more damage to muller than that

Sorry, can’t do Ethernet here. WiFi is legitimately 10x faster for me. Old house in the middle of nowhere. Still good ping on most games, say highest I get is 30
In my opinion:
- Every goalkeeper is still trash: if you get the right combination of skills with the New Hero, you can still destroy every goalkeeper with a single shot. The new meta of the game is: Neo Drive Shot with a player that has more than 90 on strength and attack, use the "One Shot, Certain Victory" V-Zone Skill, and you're good. No one can stop that shot.
- Analyze Shot, although nerfed, is still SO BROKEN. There's a place on the field that is 100% accurate to score with that shot.
- Shots like Pierre's Dual Slider Shot and Heine's super Shot are still trash and no worth using them.
- Let's not even talk about the "farmers". These guys have multiple new heroes that can, with 2 dribblings, always have the V-Zone full. These skills needs serious balancing, because they can stack the effects.
- Lag is awful, and even if I do the right tackle, the game thinks that I did the wrong one and buffs my opponent.
- As you said, DFs AI is awful: they always go the other way and not try to block the shots.
That AS Roma/Pettinelli lags all the time, and he does bird cage to save a loss if he feels he can’t win. People like him makes the game bad, not the game itself.
Idk what this game is, game doesn't seem realistic to me. Are the controls responsive. I think there's too many things to put in the game. Is it like FIFA??? IS THERE DIVISIONS ONLINE?? THE PASSES SEEM TO BE BORING.

Where is this wiki? Because i havent seen any wiki for Rise of New Champions.
Also, that Schneider Fire Shot got a miracle goal. Same with the custom that performed the air shot. The announcer even says that the goalie didn't even have time to respond to the shot. I noticed that any power shot that's A or higher in speed along with shooting it within the Penalty Area can trigger a miracle goal with high enough speed and offense.
Oh, and the online is DEFINITELY not fixed. There's still hackers running rampant and bugs galore all over Switch and PC.
Game still is fucking buged. Best proof are tackling moves , AI super shots, and shot gouge bars.
AI player with 5% spirit is still able to dodge TACKLE move, AI player doesnt even have to reach 100% of super shot gauge, they can shoot even with 20% of bar filled. Tackles are bugged like hell, u can be hit by slide even when u are out of animation, or sliding guy is 1 KM behind u...

when I try to play an online game, most of the opponents dribble my defense EVERY TIME!!! it's like a pretty accurate bot! I already played more than 300 hours on the game, but I quitted the online versus because maybe there is something i didn't get. I wonder if anyone can help me figure out what must be the trick so you can pass dribble every opponent. or how to fix my defense

This game is very very bad developed, we all love the Captain Tsubasa anime and they sold us a hard bugged (not tested, they have to get money fast, it doesnt matter, we love Tsubasa anyway) terribly unbalanced and without any posibility to learn the mechanics because all the crashes and exploits the game has. Is the worst spent € I've done in my life.
