Eva Shirali yes you have to get it stiched. I hope you can differentiate which piece is sador (longer one) and which is mekhela (shorter piece). For sador you simply need to get the ends stitched or tassels made like we do in sarees. Mekhela too simply needs stitching the ends (joined together) to form a skirt like thing. It will be a verticaly stitched skirt. You can then wear it as shown.
