I once saw a movie called Assassins Run in which the main chracter is a successful ballerina but due to stuff has to use her ballet skills to fight people. And it is badass. Also very bad. 10/10 recommend.

yeahhh no they cant! as someone who has danced for majority of my life, i am more than flexible enough to do this but i have never been taught, it requires technique, core strength and really great balance! it is not at all just flexibility… i wish it was that simple! my friends who know how to do it did not just learn it and perfect it in a day, it took them time and practice
Yeah no. The only people I've seen it that pull it off and make it look BEAUTIFUL for untrained eyes are some ballerinas and rhythmic gymnasts. Even artistic gymnasts don't do it as well
