About Me: I’ve had quite a wild ride over the past 6 years. As Co-Founder of 2 brands, The Pizza Bakery and Paris Panini I've learnt a lot about building and scaling a product-led food business. We've since grown to 27 outlets across Bangalore and Colombo.
I’d like to take some of what I think is the secret sauce to being successful, and put it to the test by BUILDING IN PUBLIC. From scratch. With all my learnings from The Pizza Bakery & Paris Panini.. I’m going to launch a profitable Burger Brand. And put it on a path to becoming a 100cr ($12 million) brand.

I’m assuming beyond burger which opened up recently in Vasanth Nagar is killing the scene here! I’ve been following their work from day one and they’re a group of young enthusiastic boys. Their burgers are the best I’ve tried. I’m guessing they would be able to make it to the top of the graph!

I like Truffles. Although they’re not a “burger” brand.. they make nice, old school burgers. Not really gourmet and not too many styles.
