Omg, the "farm" taste, I know exactly what you mean. I was describing it people as the "cow" taste, lol. I taste it in dairy products too, like milk and butter.
That taste!!! Its the absolute worst. Reason I dont eat beef samosas from just anywhere. Thank God I don't taste it in the milk or butter. The butter definitely tastes different and the milk i always boil first and have it in something. Unfortunately can't drink milk straight.
