It was supposed to have Luigi getting more nervous as it goes on and the castle (bg) would also change locations at random but did not wanna bother to artist too much with it. Fun Facts 2: There were two other versions of the song I was making, File B and File C, gameplay wise after each death/retry the song would change to the other ones which would have slight differences with tempo, key note, background, chromatics and such. Never got to make the mod tho

I had wondered for a while what a B3313 song would be like, and I think this does the concept really well. I like the more calmer melody yet still unsettling, it fits with B3313 as a whole. Also that idea of after each try the song changing slightly is genius, I love that.
my entire thought process for the song was calm but unsettling lol. i loved exploring the Nebula castle the most and even tho i don't represent it in this song, i made it with the idea of how i imagine it would sound which is a calm more softer song, but still had to throw in some weird stuff here and there showing that something's not right. Also if you noticed, the first half of the song Luigi sings the melodies a little differently than Mario indicating that Luigi knows something is up and not fully trusting "mario" :) (but got lazy at the end and made them sing the same,,,,,)

It's based off a Mario 64 fangame called B3313, and the song specifically followes my events of when i played the game myself, using mostly luigi for my playthru so wanted to make him be the player for this song :)
