New to this band but i can tell there gonna be in my playlist for a long time
It seems like some type of weird mix between Issues, Crown the Empire, and I See Stars. This is the first song I've heard by them and it's pretty good. I'd give them another listen.

You should listen to more music. Heavy doesn't mean a breakdown and hardcore screenlaps every 19 seconds. Trust me, come back and listen to the album with a clear head and open mind. I'm sure you'll enjoy it a lot more.
In the sense of slaying an innocent baby then using its blood as lube to rape a wolves head and then scalp the person to the left of you for no reason other than a good laugh. Then nah.
If you stop playing in the sand box and expand your definition of heavy even a R&B or rap song can become heavy.
It's the amount of rawness an artist puts into the music which makes it heavy. Not constant breakdowns and layered screams accompanied by drop F 9 strings and riding the double kicks/china all day everyday.
I personally thought it would be heavier in a rock sense because they brought up Outcasts. But I agree with you.

If they added more gutturals or even some more high pitched screams, I'd listen to them more often. In my opinion they've added too much heavy instrumentals in the background to not have heavy vocals. I can understand why other people may be into this, but as far as electronicore goes, this could definitely be improved upon.

I'm 21, a guy, and I happen to like like electronic rock/metalcore with a lot of emotion put in it. That's exactly what this album is like.
I dont hear any emotion what so ever and this isnt metalcore at all man. This belongs on the radio

He also said this isn't metalcore at all which just shows that guy doesn't know shit about metalcore.
Also, saying this stuff belongs on the radio implies that this album sounds mainstream which it absolutely does not. To me this is actually one of the most unique sounding electronicore albums that has been released lately.
Lastly, Rise has signed bands like PVRIS, Issues and Dangerkids. Not every band on Rise has to be the same.
