Me and my family were the only people to stay for the credits lol
Seriously! most people leave before the credits were over. One time the cleaning staff turned on all the lights and came in to clean not knowing I was still in there watching the credits. Like these people spent years making these 1-2 hour movies, at least stay till the credits were done. Especially if it's a good movie.

There's no such thing as a flying dino. It's a flying prehistoric lizard. (Haha, sorry to be _that_ guy but it annoys me xd)
I just now notice something; at the end credited scene where the flying dinosaurs landed is the same location where the Female MUTO from Godzilla walked by.

Well if there is one thing that we missed, I got one. Remember the scene where the indoraptor extends its claw over at maisie's bed? Well that was also inspired by a scene from the classic 1922 movie, "Nosferatu". Loved the movie and that scene and I think that is awesome they had for indoraptor.

Crazy Nate, there were 2 things you missed. After the t-Rex takes down the carnotaurus and Claire and Franklin were in the Gyrosphere, trying to get away from the stampede near that cliff, if you look closely in the stampede, you can see the carnotaurus. The 2nd one you missed was when JUST BEFORE Owen went into the smoke, on the left, you can see the Stigymoloch.
I didn’t know the tranquilliser was the same as JP2, maybe you know things regress over the years 😆
And the gun didn’t actually work on the glass so that wasn’t a mistake.
As for the rest of the stuff it was all done as eastereggs something fun for the fans to notice, an homage to the previous films, proving it to be the next chapter to a re-make

That log has already been decayed by bugs and probably other dinosaurs stomping and pushing up against it.

The tranquilizer darts are most likely not the same kinds that Eddie uses in the lost world. The gyrosphyre however is very easy to explain it made of glass and Isla Nublar has a very active volcano and glass tends to do very poorly in heat, as the heat would weaken the glass then the plunge into the ocean would cool it very rapidly so it would be weakened even more so Owens gun would be able to pierce it no problem.

The magic cliff was actually explained. The paddock is really high but theres a small elevation on the terrain close to the wall. In the books, the tyranossaurus pull the car a bit farther than the movie shows. Far enough to the car get away from the elevation and fall on the cliff. There are some sketches from before the movies were recorded that shows that elevation.
What's an original idea anymore? Just a string of "references" because studios are too scared to risk anything new.
its the first movie to actually take the dinosaurs of the island so thats a pretty big change
@@AllosaurusJP3 They took two T-Rexs to San Diego in the Lost World:Jurassic Park. So no, people dealing with dinosaurs in their backyard isn't new either.

Yet whenever a movie does try to do its own thing everyone hates it for being too different. This movie is an example. There were a lot of parts to this film that were different from what other movies have done and now a lot of people hate it because it got too far away from the original source material. So you can’t trash a movie for having a lot of similarities to the original because you would just trash it if it didn’t
@@bigfanmxtx4569 but in The Lost World only one family had to deal with dinosaurs in their backyard and that was only for a single night. Now they are a part of the entire world which is very different from the one-night breakout in The Lost World
There were a few other sound effects that they borrowed from JP. The buzzer noise when the gates are opening/closing (when they are driving the trucks to main street) is the same electric fence buzzer noise from JP. Also, some of the beeps and boops on the touch keypads are the same computer sounds used in JP.

Wow, that’s a lot of stuff lol! I do want to point out tho, that lots of those were done on purpose to either link the movies, give a wink to earlier movies, to show that people/things haven’t changed, have changed, or to show that while some things do, certain things dont. some things reused r just coincidental, like yellow rain coats being used because it’s a common color for emergency workers(they were using the park workers raincoats in JP1). Just a few examples were-all of many aspects of the brachiosaurus scene was done on purpose to match JP1, like bringing together the beginning of Jurassic park and the end of Jurassic park/world. It was not only the 1st Dino we saw both times, but also the 1st and last dino of the park(birth/death). the lines “welcome to....” being used in both is very purposeful and important, and the trex roaring as king, at the end...in fact, that happens in every movie in the entire franchise, except JP3!

You missed 1 last thing in Jurassic world fallen kingdom. when Macy releases the dinosaurs the Trex bites the carntours and then roars in victory from the first movie after defeating the two raptors
The reason they had to copy was cuz they were saving all the "big ideas" for the last film, jurassic world dominion, this was said by one of the directors

For the bullet thing you've got to remember there would have been some water pressure and then there would be wear and tear which means it probs could damage it especially with the amount of damage the 50 calabar bullet did on the test , add in wear and tear and water pressure and you've got yourself a hole
pterosaurs are not dinosaurs they are flying reptiles
FJP 2007 pterosaurs are pterosaurs. For example pterodactyls and pteranodons are pterosaurs.

You mentioned the scene in JP1 at the end when they are flying away from the island and see the birds. When they are being filmed in the helicopter you can see the land through the window, but the final scene shows the helicopter over nothing but ocean.

In the Lost World there poison darts not tranquilizer they can use it like it but in the movie they say they added too much to the Tyrannosaurus a almost dies and that's why it goes crazy because they added something

I'd say it was a huge credit to the original ireally enjoyed it.
I think it's not copping but rather Easter eggs so people get the Jurassic Park vibe and so it brings back memories
Bayona even said that most of the scenes from this film were tweaked or just removed from the film to keep it a "family film". For example there was supposed to be a scene in the movie showing the inside of the Indoraptor cage and the Indoraptor was playing with a dead guy... that would for sure not be family suitable :P
The tranquilizers of Ed Carr is of his own concoction meant to take down larger animals such as Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus Rex without them feeling even the needle strike them. Ed Carr's tranquilizers would kill a Raptor before they knew what hit them. The men who shot Owen had tranquilizers meant for a medium sized creature like Raptors or men.
The difference is dosage, and, in Ed Carr's version, concoction.
There were too many throwbacks, but some were good Easter eggs. Also the tranquilizers darts in the Lost World are completely different from the ones in fallen kingdom.

They were paying respect. A lot of these were just references to the original.
Did you know that Maisey tells iris (Maisey caretaker /nanny) that there are no lions in the forest but at the end the t rex roars at a lion in the forest

Fun fact the carnotarus was originally a spinosaurus but was cut but coincidentally the carnotarus was cut from Jurassic park 3 the film (the spinosaurus stared in) and was replaced by the ceratosarus another coincidence every dinosaur cut from jurassic park 3 appeared in fallen kingdom
Love the foreshadowing when the Indoraptor climbed onto the Triceratops skull. It’s standing on its own deathbed!!
It's good that fallen kingdom makes some references , but at the same time i wish it did it's own thing instead of repeating stuff from the other films .

I loved all the deaths senses and the movies, because I love the deaths, ketchup/makeup/blood, also I like the way on how the dinosaur’s eat the people.
When Eli Mill dies, The T-Rex does the same roaring pose from Jurassic Park when the "When dinosaurs ruled the earth" banner fell.

So the reason what Eddie is packing kills and what Owen and Henry were hit with had different effects is because they were different. Eddie was packing a neurotoxin, NOT a tranquilizer. So that one isn’t an inconsistency.

This franchise is the best, next to Star Wars, and Harry Potter, I just hope it doesn't end like the other 2 :), also when I watched with my friends, only 2 of us stayed behind, the others had to to a Number 1
