Amazing discussion! There is so much value for people (personally, spiritually, and professionally) in learning about the "weather" in our own mind. Being able to not get stuck in the storm of our thoughts is a fundamental skill for happiness in life.

Superb discussion on a topic that is always top of mind for me. My meditation practice began over 30 years ago - and seems to get better with age. Thank you for producing another amazing video / podcast to help us navigate these challenging times.

Thankyou for this. Ive been finding Im becoming confused about what meditation actually is..
It was very pleasant when I just used to do the breathing and the blue sky and the taking and giving meditiation, among others, but since starting to study the texts and having to contemplate/think about difficult concepts and then try and find the object of meditation , which I invariably fail to do, im becoming a bit stressed about it all. especially when trying to do these meditations alone.
    Where am I going wrong?
Im not naturally a stressy anxious kind of person.

54:52 At the end of the day we decide how we see the world... If we can lean into that reality, and develop habits which share in others happiness, rather than identify with, and get stuck in negative states of mind, which inevitably arise, what an awesome path we have found... Loving the format and substance of these podcasts. Thank you! ❤

'What happens to a thought when I'm not thinking it?' One of the most fundamental, helpful questions ever. Thank you, Lucy James ❤
