When my kids were young, before Christmas, I would give them a paper bag and tell them to go fill the bag with stuff they didn't need anymore. The good toys would be donated. The broken stuff I would throw away. This left room for them to get "new" stuff.

Those white units are brilliant, in UK they sell them in Ikea. I've got that unit for toys when my grandchildren visit. Both my daughter & daughter in law use them too.
The books won't stay that way for long, with your children, if there anything like my grandchildren.

Awesome! Did you find the basket labels near the cube bins? Also are those bins targets new line? I love their new line for the acrylic ones but I really liked the simply plastic bins, the new line seems bulkier.
