I've opened 3 english boxes which were printed in USA and the rares were in the back. I've opened 2 english boxes printed in Japan and the rares were in the front. Both print quality were extremely different. The japan printed cards were less flimsy, have perfectly rounded corners, more saturated colors, don't curl, smooth finish, and don't smell. The USA printed cards have low quality card stock, uneven corners, high number of miscuts, more faded colors, curls after a couple days, rough finish, and smells like sh*t.
Bought 3 packs this past Friday and pulled a foil Wrenn and Six. Immediately flipped for $300 and bought boxes of MH and Dominaria. This set gives some INSANE pulls!

Personally I've never seen a modern card go this high, this fast... So I figured I'd cash in before the ceiling was reached. But it helps that I don't play those colors, lol.

A friend and I opened a box each side by side with different order and quality of printing/paper are definitely different. The ones with tokens in the front has better print/paper quality. You can feel it by touching them side by side.
You should go get a starter deck, most local game stores give them away for free. Then like open packs, upgrade your starter deck. When you feel ballsy enough , make your own deck.
