Ground meat (Keema) 300 gm
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1-2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Loaf bread 2 slices
1/4 cup of fried onions
Chopped Green chili 2 tbsp
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
2 Eggs
Salt to taste
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Selina Rahman thnx apu..a lot.i did ur ilish macher jhol...d interesting part is.my mom was a great cook ND as I was their only daughter I did not cook ND learn from my mom.i just ate ND appreciate d my mom.she passed away in 2012 due to cancer.it was diagnosed in last stage.we got only 3 months for treatment ND during chemotherapy she passed away.it was a sudden death for me.i thought she ud live till to qiyamat...I meant she ud live long ND wont die before me.then so many tests in life.i started cooking yo make my dad bro happy.tried to do the receipies that my mom used to cook.bt taste was not like her as I did not observe her while cooking.nw started watching u tube.. suddenly found ur channel ND blv me ur deshi receipies taste r just like my mom.i was so upset as it's been long time I m missing my mom's cooking.nw m Happy ...tried ur few recepies..ND got d same taste that I. used to get when my mom cooked.may Allah help u.ameen.thnx a lot for those receipies which I was missing in these 5 years.😘

Oh gosh.......... you throw the arrow to the bull eye. I lost my mom been 2 years. I use to think like you too that my mom is made of iron and she will never die.
Fortunately she has been in high fever for couple weeks and then doctors said she might having lung cancer. I couldn't even get a chance to do anything for her. Couldn't even say sorry for the useless stuff I did to her.
By the time I reached to her she was already in coma.
I still fight to myself and with my emotions. I feel like I want to die soon possible so I can get her hug I'm missing last 5 years.
Selina Rahman yes apu...our thoughts r same..I think if u lv ur parents.. thought s ud b same.now I m trying to find my maa in cooking cleaning and in values of life's as well.i find her near to my heart if I cook clean ND work like her.. searching her in every single space of my life.may Allah Grant jannah to our deceased parents.ameen
Selina Rahman OMG...it's d same feeling apu.. exactly same..I m trying to fulfill Allah's command so that he become happy ND fulfill my dreams that is to stay with my beloved parents in jannah but yes with my children as well.i ud share everything why happened with me after they left my.how I struggled..he ppl behaved with us..ND above all how tremendously I missed them.the same guiltiness is killing me also...cud not serve my mom before she died as i had 7 months son....may Allah forgive us also give u sabr....Allah apnar ridoyer ei koshto komak....karon Ami Jani ei koshto theke j Pani chokh diye ber hoi Tate ridoy jhajra Kora koila pora gondho thake ja onk manushi bujhe na
