Does the apartment tend to stay warm throughout the day, or does it maintain a normal temperature? Additionally, are there any extra measures one should take to cope with different weather conditions? Moreover, does living in Emaar have any effects on hair and skin? Thanks in advance
Hey Nabia. So here are my two cents on it. The electricity is towards the pricier side in Emaar. 65 PKR per unit and some of the buildings (Reef for sure) have built in central AC for the living room which is 6 times more powerful and expensive than a 1 ton AC. I live in F type 3 bedrooms apartment in Reef. Coral doesn’t have centrally Air conditioning system. Please visit all the buildings (Reef, Coral and Pearl) before you choose which one to go for. Coral being the oldest construction and also a bit cheaper. Also for electricity cost cutting please try and find a west open apartment. You will need to stay in the AC inside the apartment but ofcourse outside it’s much cooler
And effects on hair and skin, umm not really. But since going out is so easy here, always remind yourself to wear a sunblock and tie your hair while going to the beach side walk
8:09 home is pretty but change the furniture of lounge it looks cluttered and brown or multi color makes it look very dull plus the colors of rugs are dim too it feels like a dumping place where furniture is dumped go for all white theme in furniture or either all brown if you like brown but big no for multi ike half brown half whitee NOOO
