Easy Trick or Treat Halloween Cupcake + Decorations from Walmart!

I am a big fan of the double layered buttercream swirls on cupcakes- go big or go home! 😇 in all seriousness, this cupcake was a breeze to whip up and look how cute it is! I was able to purchase my sprinkles, glitter and lollipops all from ‪@Walmart‬ which makes things easier and more cost-effective!
Details:
🍭Sprinkle mix and edible glitter spray: ‪@wilton‬might I just add that I put this glitter spray on literally everything! I’ve even been adding it to wedding cakes to give is that shimmery, romantic finish! ✨
🍭Lollipops from Walmart- these came individually wrapped and you could definitely leave them that way and still place on the cupcake, but o preferred to unwrap so that I could add glitter to them!
🍭This cupcake is meant to be fun! Use whatever you have on hand that feels right! Lollipops could be subbed for macs, candies, royal icing or fondant toppers, etc.
