I was a guy who got very stressed with this game a lot of time because my last cod before Black Ops 3 was COD4 and MW2 on PC and I was not used to the jetpacks and gliding stuff. Everything was moving too much for me. But when you learn to move as fast as people and things do in this game, everything looks better and I can focus better on the enemies. Every COD consists on knowing how to move, knowing the map and predicting (if you can) where the enemies can be depending on how your teammates are distributed around the map, the sounds, etc. Thank you Kenworth for this video, it definitely reminded me those obvious things that I forgot. When u play for a while you feel exactly where the middle of the screen is, thus where your 'dot" will be when you scope in. In bo3 for example it's kinda hard as you need to be fully scoped in for the bullet to actually go in the middle, but in mw2 for example it's a lot easier. What might help, I did this once and didn't find it too useful but it might help, is to get like a marker, scope in and just mark a tiny dot on your screen. What I have found that really helps me is actually some more detailed things, 3 in total: When I start doing poorly, I stop, and come back later and ill be doing better. My theory is that when you start doing bad its becuase your doing something slightly differently, you probably wont notice exactly what your doing, but if you keep playing like that it'll reinforce the "bad behavior". However quitting while your doing bad and coming back to do better, you have subconsiously stopped, most likely just forgotten, what you were doing. Practice and warm up against high difficulty bots. When you warm up against bots, your basically practicing in a low stress environment. This helps with aim and not panicking when you see people in real online gameplay. Panicking ruins your aim, and keeps you from thinking straight. So practice against bots, keep calm, and dont panic. Get a better mouse pad. Getting a better mousepad is probably the only upgrade you can make to your setup that will legitimately improve your performance in game, aside from a better mouse or a high refresh monitor. Getting a better mouse also helps, but if your mouse is comfortable, then just get some mouse teflon tape and anew mouse pad. The mouse teflon tape significantly reduces the friciton on your mousepad, making your aim smoother, and therefore more accurate. Now for some more serious tips, that you may have to make lifestyle changes for: Have good sitting posture, this improves blodflow and mobility, improving reaction time and your ability to controll the game. Get good sleep, this also improves reaction time and mobility. Have a relatively helthy diet, and dont skip meals (make sure breakfast has a good balence of protein/fats and carbohydrates. Carbs will jumpstart your day, but the protein will keep you going).
It's all about map awareness guys. Know where your opponent is gonna be and always watch for the flank. In you stay in a general area for too long people will flank spawns will switch and you will get shot from behind or the side
if you mean his pc sensitivity then they are very different cause on pc you can change 3 different type of sens. In game, DPI and windows sens. Even the in game sensitivity is different on pc for example kenny is using 2,1 or 1.5 sens in game, you can't do that on console.

i agree low sensitivity is good. but if you can be super accurate on higher sensitivities you will have better reactions and will be better

try to put their model in the crosshairs before aiming it. This is called "Zeroing"
