I think you should count yourself lucky if you have gotten negative feedback removed, I am hearing it's getting harder and harder to get ebay to agree with the seller. Good for you!
The negatives are definitely hard to get removed. They used to not be as hard so I definitely agree it's getting harder. They wouldn't remove the negative but neutrals they did.
The thing that bothers me about bad feedback is it lowers your visibility on ebay meaning less sales.

I dislike how ebay automatically sides with buyers and now if you refund the buyer they can keep the item its crazy and poshmark shipping is getting crazy to. It's getting to where I am thinking about just selling at flea market and just do away with online sales

I received a positive feedback with a lying comment saying that "they didn't received package". I checked and package still on its way smh
So strange that you also had a shipment stop dead cold on Jan 27th. I sold an item that got stopped at Cincinnati on the 27th. I am going to have to give my buyer a full refund and hope the post office will give me a refund. 😞
Oh no! I opened a missing mail search but no such luck yet. You can do that through the usps website. Sometimes they find it but sometimes they don't. I really would like to know how packages just 'go missing' it seems rather sketchy to me.
Good luck with trying to get any thing from post office. I sent a pair of shoes to a friend in Florida via USPS priorty shoe box back in 2018, shoes still post as being in Atlanta GA. USPS gave me the run and in the end said the Atlanta location was giant warehouses with tons of mail. Better to put in a claim, but the paperwork and receipts of value that they wanted for the insurance claim was not worth it to me.
@@thriftingsisters1226 I get it. They make it so difficult, you just give up and eat the cost. Mine was shoes also. They were some Harley Davidson ankle boots. Who knows. Maybe someone stole them.
