Not a good idea to keep flimsy rug under dining table. Not only will it move with chair, it will be dangerous. A person can trip.
If at all, keep heavy carpet.
In Indian conditions, with our kind of food, a carpet under table, is a bad idea.
Table centre decor is too high, for such a small space.
