Those of us from the Spanish speaking areas of the Caribbean(Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic) need to constant remind folks that not all latin cuisine is hot and spicy. If its hot and spicy you want then Mexican food is your best bet. Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican Republic, not so much.
