    I've never seen an American be so OK with salty licorice before 😆 It's very popular here. Jordnöt means peanut. I was very surprised you couldn't tell the taste of that since you guys eat that pretty often. Maybe the chocolate threw you off a bit. The chocolate roll is just plain chocolate. Marabou is the brand and they have big chocolate bars too with all kinda of flavors like oreos, cookie dough, mint, with nuts etc

I just chuck two bags in a bowl with a 700 ml vodka, wait about an hour and they are all melted. It annoys me so much that my fellow Swedish persons never send a translation whenever they send candy to non Swedish talking persons. They send a list of what it is, but never a translation.
    Tyrkisk pebber = Turkish Pepper
    S-märke surt = S-mark sour
    Bilar = cars (Ahlgrens is the brand name)
    Jordnötsringar = peanut rings
    Djungelvrål = jungle scream (Malaco is the brand name)
    Mjölkchoklad = milk chocolate (Marabou is the brand name)
    Ballerinakex = ballerina biscuits (eat them the way you would eat an Oreo)
    Trocadero basically is a version of ginger ale, it has the same colour as well.

      Aa det där är ju inte alls rätt översättningar, lär dig engelsk grammatik och hur man formulerar ord.
      S-märke=sour "s-mark" (Basically just sour patch kids in a flat form)
      Jordnötsringar=Chocolate covered peanut rings.
      Djungelvrål=no real translation but the idea behind the name is that you scream like an animal when eating them because of the salt.
      Trocadero is a soda that should taste like apple and oranges but personally I dont think so.
      Det är också kul för skaparna att försöka uttala svenska namnet på sakerna, det blir ett gissaspel och mer content till deras kanal, dock kan man ha med en engelsk beskrivining på vad det är vilket det ser ut som att han har utan all läsa på.

    You might recognize the Daim taste from Heath bars. The maker, Marabou, was at one time in the US and tried to license the exact recipe, but couldn't make the deal. But they figured out/got hold of the ingredients and created Daim (Originally spelled Dajm, but both pronounced the same way; as the US coin). They also make them with various flavors of the caramel - personal favorite is the salty licorice one.

    When I was little Trocadero could only be bought in the North of Sweden , it was my vacation drink. In Sweden liquorice has to by law contain liquorice root but in many countries you can use aniseed and still call liquorice and that is too me horrible. When I went to school we used to have game to see who could have most S märken in your mouth. Tyrisk peber, mixed with vodka made into a shot is my youth. Algrens bilar is the most bought car in Sweden and that is their slogan. You have plenty of good candy. Jordnöt is peanut, but we call then Earth / dirt nut.

      It has always been able to buy it everywhere. I have drank it for 50 years. First in Stockholm. But also in Värmland and on other places in Sweden.

    People that like "Vodka with liqorice" Get some Turkish Peber, a whole bag, crush them up and put all of it in a 70CL- 1 Liter bottle of vodka, let it sit in a fridge over the night until everthing is completely disolved. Serve up and enjoy, basicly taste exactly or better than the brands that is out on the market.

    Having watched so many videos of yours, I find it funny that this shows up now. Anyhow, dude, the open mouthing shewing, or "smaskande" as we might say in Swedish, drives me crazy. :D Happy that you liked the candy though. You can find a lot of it in the U.S. nowadays if you know where to look. Cheers!

    as a Swede seeing you opening the cookie packaging like that felt kinda weird, it has a small little tab towards one of the ends which you can grab and it'll smoothly almost "cut" of a piece of the packaging, a lot of plastic packages here will have that little tab connected to a strip of plastic attached to the inside of the packaging so you get an easy and clean opening

    Heheheh.... Glad to see someone not from Sweden enjoying Bilar. :) Usually foreighners would describe the flavour as cardboard or plain bland. :P :P Ah yeah, and I did not expect such a mild reaction to tyrkisk peppar, so often you see people tearing up and starts crying and almost barf for eating them. xD xD We go high over heels over salty licorice in pretty much all of northern Europe. :) Also, somebody send him the Ahlgrens tyres as well xD

    Heyyy! You didn't crack the Tyrkisk Peber (Turkisk Peppar) open! 😂 You missed the surprise filling! 😂 We Swedes love it! All the salty licorice candies in Sweden have different kinds of taste and saltiness. Try them again! 😂😁
    Bilar = cars. Bil = car. Pronouciation: Bee-lar. 😁👍🏼 Ahlgrens is the company that founded Bilar. They tried in 1953 to make marshmallow candies, but "failed", but they were delicious, and that made them a success anyway. It's now the company, Cloetta, that makes them.
