Sir, I found my first projectile point in 1968 when I was 6 years old. I've hunted mainly in the south western part of Virginia, East Tennessee and of course Western North Carolina. Mostly field hunting, never found much in creeks and never thought about hunting clear cuts. Thanks for sharing your finds. David
Cool stuff! I'd say yep on that blunt being reworked in a later time, by natives of course. I've only found two pieces like that in my 30 plus years of hunting.

I'm from the northern Piedmont of NC. Your finds look like what my area has, lot of quartz and rhyolite.
