The South African Constitution is racist

This is the crux of the matter. As a result my view is that the apartheid regime and everyone it represented negotiated in bad faith. Because this, and ascension of the same constitution as apex of power, instead of parliament, meant that it would be difficult for natives to make a meaningful change. That's why the continued splintering of the native vote further pulls us away from our goal.
