Ford Ranger: Bad Clutch Disk (Springs)

At the time, wasn't sure of the source of the noise, we tracked it down when we did the clutch job to material and all of the springs were loose and making contact with the pressure plate and flywheel. It ran like this until the clutch burned out completely.
