1991 Cannondale sm800 "Beast of the East" in black and orange owner here. Best bike I've ever ridden and it's made every other bike I've owned collector dust. After 25 years the first thing I want to do when I wake up is ride that bike. It's been refitted with modern parts a few times and I will ride it until I die. There is just some strange voodoo magic in that geometry and rigid aluminum I cannot explain...
