He can't doxx your ip due to it being a static tower connection. To get doxxed through an IP address, it must be a fully wired situation where your location isn't dynamic. Hotspots and satellite Internet classify as static IP connections of which the port changes depending on traffic and location. The most they would find is a server room connected remotely through your nearest tower 🙂 that can be anywhere between 1-200 miles away, even more if you don't live next to a server location, no accurate way to doxx with such.
