So a couple months ago I decided to keep my GTR till next year and keep saving for my new car which I want to be a Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari F430 or Mclaren... I got impatient and decided to get another car for the summer!

wheels are meh, literally base spec 1st gen gallardo rims, and the front bumper (ABT?) just screams rice.. other than that it's killer.

Not a fan of the front bumper or MK1 Gallardo rims but I do love the car. Props to the dude for having a manual because that's insane and the exhaust sounds amazing.

What I think you should do:
- Spray the wheels black
- Spray Audi badges black and put them back on
- Get a shorter 3D gel risen number plate from fullhousecutoms with out the space between W18 CKD
- And tint the windows
In my opinion it would look 10x better like this
Also smoke the rear lights with tint.. Let me know what you think if you read this please

R8 is a brilliant car and it's awesome you have managed to keep the GTR! You are living the dream. However I have to be honest, those mods are bloody horrendous, could of chose a way nicer example in my opinion.
Put the badges back on, maybe wrap it in a more bright a summery colour and add some nice black rims like Vossens or ADV1

At least rev match before you downshift 😩, at the end you could see the car judder as you forced it down a gear , its not good for the gearbox -- love the content bro , wicked purchase
Raihan Hussain true that...either blip the throttle and rev match or just get to a slow enough speed for the desired lower gear and it will be a smooth shift

I never understand how people can choose to put such disgusting wheels on these cars.
I know people have their own taste but to think these are an improvement over the stock ones, I'll never know.
It just shows how some wheels can look good on certain cars and terrible on others :)

Your GTR sounds very good but I guarantee you! There's nothing like a V8! You will definitely miss this sound if it's just a summmer car.

Thanks man! The rims are 100% overkill... I've got to say much more appealing in person but it's peoples opinion at the end of the day and I've never seen another manufactures iconic wheels on another manufactures car be in the 'Majority' vote for positive opinions so I knew I would get some abuse!

I dont like the body kit on it, but thats taste thing, the same with rims, but its easier to change rims than body kit, so I would better change those rims.

-SaMuEl -MaRtIn The new R8 costs about 200k. Compare that to the old RS6 V10, we bought our RS6 V10 for about 25-30k pounds. So it's a difference. The old R8 costs about 50k. There you have difference.

there's also if you're interested there's a supercar dealership on aylesbury drive in bletchley I know your looking for a new car so why not look in there they sell Lamborghini aventadors and Lamborghini aventador svs and loads of other supercars I don't know if they still have it but they use to have Porsche 911 gt3 rs 2015 model.

that's hideous!! I highly suggest you change the rims, the body kit and obviously the front bumper, I'm not being nasty or anything but I was excited when I seen the video in my recommended but now... I'm slightly disappointed.

dunno why people complain so much about this R8. Honestly, apart from those Gallardo wheels which don't really fit the car imo, everything else looks great.
People only speak up when they have something negative to say. That's just social media, never mind RUclips! My first opinion was the same, was unsure on the wheels but they grow on you!

No mate people don't only speak up when they have something bad to say. Infact you bought both your cars through people supporting you via social media. So be thankful as it could all be gone over night with that sulky attitude. You made a mistake and bought a piece of junk and people are just telling you what you already know. The bumpers don't even line up with the body. My advice would be to put it back to stock and try find some v10 alloys. It will look nice after that. Good luck and chin up
