"This man" Finney was speaking of has a name it is Abel Clary. I can't believe you did not mention him along with Father Nash. These two were the actual prayer warriors behind Finney's success. Abel Clary was done dirty by the church and he was a MIGHTY man of prayer- he even died IN PRAYER over a map of the world. They sacrificed much and spent hours and hours in deep, spirit groaning prayer. Finney was not even theologically sound, but he had a heart for God but even he knew it was the prayers of Abel Clary and Father Nash in every campaign that made it bring so many to the kingdom. I was very disappointed you didnt even mention his name.
