Glad you liked the video , the light house was on the main land Hurst Point Lighthouse, next to Hurst castle ,
@1:26, is that the Channel Islands in the background?
It's Bournemouth and surrounding area north west of the needles. Channel Islands are lost over the horizon to the south.Source: local!
