I kept watching things happening here and with Russia and Ukraine then a thought came to me "watch Israel". Couple weeks later oct 7th happened. For the past year "keep focused on Jesus" has been on repeat in my mind.

The new testament sheds much light on the old testament, especially regarding the fulfillment of OT prophecies. Both old and new testaments are inspired Scripture and must be taken together. The nation of Israel in the Bible was indeed God's chosen people under the old covenant. But when Jesus came and died on the cross, He established the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We read in Hebrews 8:6-13, and 12:24 that this prophecy was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the new and better covenant, thereby fulfilling all the OT promises to Israel in Him who is the promised seed of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3 & Galatians 3:16-18). For this reason the old covenant nation of Israel and their purpose of bringing the promised Messiah is no longer needed and that old covenant is obsolete. Because of the new covenant, only those who believe in Jesus are saved and are God's chosen people, whether they are a Jew or a Gentile. For we are all one body in Christ.
The modern nation of Israel that exists today is not Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation aided by Britain, France, the U.S., and finally the U.N in 1948. Biblical Israel fulfilled God's purpose for them, which was to bring Christ to all the nations. God's chosen people are only those who have faith in Jesus, not unbelieving Jewish people in the middle east. We have such a rich inheritance as Gentiles. The promised Messiah that Israel of old rejected became our Messiah, our Savior, if we put our trust in Him. If a Jewish person comes to Christ in faith they can be saved and we should pray for this as we pray for people of all nations.

Thank you so so much Pastor Jack, we're your congregation on the east coast, and we pray for you as you stand firm on the WORD of God. Hard pressed to find this kind of teaching here. So very sad. We still attend our church, and support financially, but not so happy with lack of concern for Israel. Praying for our Pastor as well though.

Faith is all I have left. It is truly the only armor against the enemy. Jesus give me guidance please. The devil is attacking me. These past three years have been difficult on me. As a single mom things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them especially now that I’m homeschooling them. People have put me down over my situation but God lifts me up! I suffered an heart attack two years ago and still battling lupus. Give me strength Lord as I constantly struggle to pay bills and constantly struggle to buy groceries for my children. BUT no matter what I face I will KEEP FAITH. Even though the devil wants me to give up. I will not! Jesus is King and I will serve him no matter my struggles.
Don’t let people discourage you! Life is so hard especially as a single mom and your sweet children! God knows and sees! Ask him each day for strength and patience, and I pray you have caring people around you! God bless you and I pray dear God you supply this families needs. Give them hope, and strength Lord! God loves you and your children ❤

I have never seen so many above 7.0 magnitude earthquakes, or volcanoes erupting, than this year, and they seem to be increasing in frequency.
I am thankful that as I live and breathe in these days, as Prophecy is coming to pass, God has positioned such men as Jack Hibbs who stands, and actively leads the true Church of Jesus forward in tumultuous times, which we now have an incredible part to also be apart of...now put on the whole armor of God and go forth in God's wisdom and strength and as He leads you, til the trumpet sounds or He calls you home!

Exciting and scary times at the same time. Am I allowed to say that as a Christian? .... Does it reflect lack of faith or that God remembers we are made of dust and my human emotions sometimes are less than joyful ?? Can I say I trust Him and experience some level of fear or am I deceiving myself about being His child? Died anyone else experience these thoughts/feelings?
It's what I do about them that matters. Will I give them room to take root and increase or will I turn to what He says and renew my mind with thoughts of whatever is good, honorable, true 📖 🗡️ and choose to worship in the middle of the storm. Will I fix my gaze on the increasing darkness or on The Light in the darkness☝️. I choose again THIS day... THIS moment that as for me and my house, regardless of what it looks like 👀 ..... we WILL serve the Lord 🙌
Yes it is scary.... Especially when we will experience the antichrist... But we know how it al ends.

@hogfarmer You've got it right. Well said. Personally, I would not put excitement at the top of the list for emotions. Although I am excited for the appearance of Christ Jesus. We walk by faith not by sight.

Discipleship! Are they actually being discipled? Numbers mean very little.

The nation reformed in a day just as prophesied in 1948 but I'd add that it wasn't until 2009 that there were more Jews living in Israel than any other time since the diaspora. There is no God like our LORD and there is no other. We as followers of His Way are grafted into the root that is the Jewish People, His People.
